This session explores stakeholder engagement in the deeper textile supply chain in Vietnam, featuring a case study with outdoor brands Deuter and Ortovox. It will highlight the strengthening of factory-internal and external digital mechanisms and the vital role of capacity building through localized training.
The presentation will share key insights, results, and learnings from the project's evolution, detailing implemented improvements and future plans for enhancing stakeholder engagement. Findings are based on data from workers, factory management, and local trainers, collected through training sessions, interviews, digital grievance systems, and surveys.
