Registration

  • Please register early for on-site participation and do not make any travel arrangements before you have received a confirmation. 
  • Registration for on-site participation is open until 31 January 2026 and subject to confirmation.
  • Any registration after this date will only be eligible for online participation. You can change the mode of your participation to online anytime. If you want to change to on-site participation, access is subject to confirmation

Access to the OECD Conference Centre

  • Prior registration is required to attend the event at the OECD Conference Centre.
  • Badges will be available at the Welcome Pavilion from 8:00 am. Please allow a minimum of 30-45 minutes for the access procedures. If you bring luggage, security checks may take significantly longer.
  • Please bring a valid identification document. Accepted ID documents are as follows: national identity card, passport, diplomatic card (issued by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs), residence permit or card issued by the French Government,  French driving license (new format since end 2013).
  • Please bring the QR code that will be sent to you a few days prior to the Forum. If you did not receive your QR Code, please bring the registration confirmation email.

Visas and financial support

  • Please note that the OECD cannot organise a visa on your behalf. A personalised official invitation letter to support your visa request can be downloaded upon receipt of the registration confirmation email - click "log in to my profile" then "attendee workspace".
  • Please consider making an appointment with the French Embassy in your location early as it usually closes for the an extended period over Christmas and New Year's celebrations.
  • No financial support is available for participants' travel to and stay in Paris.

On-site practical information

  •   The OECD cafeteria and café are open to all participants.
  • Luggage storage is located at the entrance of the Conference Centre on top of the escalators. 
  • The Copy Centre is located at the bottom of the escalator in the Conference Centre and offers access to phone-charging stations, self-service computers and printing in small quantities. 
  •  In case of emergency (medical, fire, etc.) please dial 40 using any of the OECD telephones. The OECD medical service will be present on site. In addition, the Conference Centre will be in close contact with the SAMU de Paris throughout the event in case of emergency.  
  • Participants are asked to wear their badge at any time. The badge is personal and not interchangeable. 
  • The entire OECD venue is non-smoking. Electronic cigarettes are not permitted.
