Anti-bribery compliance and responsible business conduct represent distinct yet complementary approaches to managing these risks. This session will explore how they intersect in practice and how compliance, sustainability, and procurement teams can work together to build coherent, company-wide approaches to due diligence. Discussion will highlight practical lessons for both multinationals and SMEs, including experiences from high-risk sectors such as critical minerals. The session will also mark the 50th anniversary of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, underlining their role as a global reference point for responsible and corruption-free business.
