Lawyer specialised in Administrative Law, with a Master's Degree in Law and Business Administration; Master's Degree in Innovation, Digital Law and Legal Tech; and an MBA at ESADE. Expert in Public Management and Infrastructure, she has a great capacity for execution demonstrated in more than 16 years of experience in the public sector, leading projects of social impact with tangible results.
A passionate and committed woman leader. She has held relevant positions and strategic roles at local and national level, such as General Director of the Geographic Institute Agustín Codazzi IGAC; Vice Minister of Talent and Social Appropriation of Knowledge of the Ministry of Science; Director of Contracting of the National Institute of Roads INVÍAS; Secretary General of the Mayor of Barranquilla, and Legal Advisor of the Ministry of Transport.
She is currently the City Manager of the Mayor's Office of Barranquilla, playing a key role in the process of management, articulation and implementation of the main commitments of the district administration, under the leadership of Mayor Alejandro Char.
