Lawyer, holding a Master’s degree in Public Law, a Postgraduate Diploma in Constitutional Law, a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Management and Administrative Institutions, and a Higher Degree in Enterprise Risk Management.
Recipient of several distinctions, from the Congress of Colombia with the "Order of the Congress in the Rank of Knight" (2022); from the National Police with the rank of lieutenant ad honorem (2022), from the National Government for obtaining the Best Result in Repealing Obsolete Rules (2021); from the National Police with the "Colonel Jose Aristides Puentes Blanco" medal (2020); from the National Infrastructure Agency as member of the "outstanding teams" (2018); from specialized publications as one of the "15 rising stars in Colombia's law firms" (2016); from the Urban Development Agency as a member of the group "young professionals of excellence" (2010-2011); amongst others.
