Realising this potential requires integrated rail, port and power infrastructure that connects mineral basins to processing and manufacturing hubs. What policy, regulatory and investment actions are needed to align minerals, connectivity and energy systems? How can governments, industry and partners coordinate to de risk corridors, attract private capital and enable regional value chains?
