Kathleen Talbot is the Chief Sustainability Officer & VP of Operations at Reformation, the revolutionary lifestyle brand that proves fashion and sustainability can coexist. Kathleen joined Reformation in 2014 to build a sustainable and scalable supply chain and a framework for incorporating sustainability into all business practices.
Today, Kathleen spearheads Reformation’s industry-leading sustainability initiatives across the brand’s global supply chain, including their commitment to becoming Climate Positive by 2025 and Circular by 2030. In addition to Reformation’s sustainability programs, Kathleen oversees Factory Operations and the Customer Love team. Kathleen also works on customer-facing campaigns and services to raise awareness around the impact fashion has on people and the planet, and to offer easy, impactful solutions.
Prior to joining Reformation, Kathleen worked as a Sustainability Officer for a liberal arts university and for the National Science Foundation. Kathleen received her MA in Sustainability from Arizona State University’s School of Sustainability.
