This session brings together experts from government, civil society, and the private sector to outline practical, gold-standard approaches to due diligence, from risk assessment through remediation. Panelists will highlight core elements of effective programs, including clear standards, preventative mechanisms, robust risk mapping, monitoring beyond audits, transparent reporting, and credible remediation, with a focus on designing meaningful worker-engagement strategies within and beyond the workspace.
