Description

Douglas Herrick is a policy analyst in the Finance, Investment and Global Relations division of the OECD Environment Directorate . He has worked at the OECD since 2016 on topics related to green growth, sustainable finance and sustainable infrastructure development. Over the past seven years, he has held key roles in flagship programmes at the OECD, namely Financing Climate Futures, a report developed by the OECD, UNEP and the World Bank Group, and the Sustainable Infrastructure Programme in Asia, or SIPA. Mr. Herrick holds a double master’s degree in energy policy and international relations from Sciences Po Paris (France) and MGIMO (Russia) as well as a bachelor’s degree from McGill University (Canada).
