Industry Policy Analyst, Clean Energy Finance and Investment Mobilisation (CEFIM)
Description
Joseph works at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), in the Environment Directorate. Within the Clean Energy Finance and Investment Mobilisation team (CEFIM), he supports the development of policies and instruments to help scale up a pipeline of bankable projects for the decarbonisation of the industry in emerging economies.
He has co-authored the OECD Framework for industry’s net-zero transition, as well a Working Paper on the Green hydrogen opportunities for emerging and developing economies, and a Clean Energy Finance and Investment Roadmap for the deployment of green hydrogen in India.
