Description
Undersecretary of State in The Ministry of Science and Higher Education responsible for international cooperation. Political scientist, University professor at the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies of the University of Warsaw, expert of Institute Strategies 2050 think tank. He lectured, among others, in France, Ukraine and China. Research interests: foreign policies of Poland, Ukraine and Russia, post-colonial studies, politics of memory, national and ethnic minorities and immigration. Currently head of the research project „Wars of Russia: causes, determinants, course and consequences of military combat operations of the Russian Federation in the post-Cold War period” financed by the Polish National Science Centre.
