Agricultural & Economics Engineer, passionate by People, Innovation and New Business Development. I took the opportunity, 4 years ago, to start a new venture in Bayer CropScience for the EMEA Region. Starting from the following brief: "We, as Bayer, are game changers in Agriculture, developing Sustainable Farming is the only way forward; how can we create a new business around low carbon farming creating value for every stakeholders?". From this, with my team, we have been developing an innovative value proposition for growers and Agricultural Value Chain players to support the Food Value chain Scope 3 emissions reduction, leveraging the best partners across Europe.
