Description
Martin is Director of Policy and Government Affairs at Flood Re. Within this role, he oversees Flood Re’s relationship with Government, as well as a focus on policy development.
In this role Martin has recently led a strategic review of the Scheme, conducted in partnership with its Members and Government, to understand how the Scheme can adapt to a changing reinsurance market, improved risk identification, and high claims inflation. Prior to joining Flood Re 3 years ago, Martin worked for 11 years in various Government offices.
