Currently, Imam is the Director of Market Conduct Supervision – Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) where he is responsible to supervise business conducts of financial service sectors, including banks, insurances, securities companies, investment management, finance companies, superannuation, and peer-to-peer lending, etc. In addition, he devoted most of his career in capital market sector as investigator related to financial fraud and securities-related crime, such as market manipulation and insider trading.
