Description

Philippe Guyonnet-Dupérat was appointed as Deputy Director of Insurance and the Social and Solidarity Economy in the French Treasury in May 2025. Prior to that, he held a number of other senior roles at the French Treasury, including Head of the Office of Debt and International Finance and Secretariat of the Paris Club, Head of the Multilateral Development Finance Office and Deputy Head of the Banking Services and Payment Methods Office. He also served as a financial advisor to the Regional Economic Service in London. In his current role, he is also the state’s representative on the Board of Directors of the Caisse centrale de reassurance.
