Description
Mattias Gäreskog is Head of Life Science at Business Sweden, based in Stockholm, Sweden. He holds a PhD in Medicine from Uppsala University and has more than 20 years of experience in the life science sector, including senior commercial and strategic roles across the life science industry.
At Business Sweden, he focuses on investment promotion, international collaboration, innovation ecosystems, and the development of Sweden’s life science sector as a member of the Swedish governments' Life Science advisory board.
He has extensive experience in stakeholder engagement involving industry, academia, healthcare, and public-sector organizations, and frequently contributes to international conferences, policy discussions, and strategic initiatives within the field.
