H.E. Ms. Badrieh Al-Balbisi is the Minister of State for Public
Sector Development in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. She leads efforts to advance Jordan’s public sector modernization agenda, with a focus on improving the quality and accessibility of government services, enhancing institutional performance and efficiency, and strengthening the relationship between government and citizens. Her work contributes to Jordan’s ongoing Public Sector Modernization Program, which seeks to build a more citizen centred, effective, responsive and digitally enabled public sector. She has a strong interest in improving citizens’ experience with government, strengthening public trust, and ensuring that citizens’ voices and expectations are reflected in public sector reform and service delivery. Through her role, H.E. Al-Balbisi supports efforts to foster a more responsive and accountable public administration that places citizens at the heart of government policies, services and reform initiatives.
