Description
Dr. Evi Dramalioti is the Secretary General for Coordination at the Presidency of the Greek Government, appointed by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis in July 2023. A legal scholar and expert in administrative science, she holds a PhD and a Post–Doc focused on regulatory coherence and strategic government coordination. She is also the author of “The Executive State: Regulatory Coherence and Coordination at the Governance Center,” a work reflecting her deep engagement with issues of modern governance and executive policy alignment. With over two decades of experience in public administration, she has led key reforms and interministerial projects, including negotiations with the Troika and international organizations. As a President of the National Centre of Public Administration and Local Government (EKDDA), she oversaw groundbreaking training programs for senior civil servants and the first certified cohorts of legal drafters, policy and digital analysts. Under the mandate of the General Secretary for Coordination, she was steering the successful completion of the reform milestones under the Greek 2.0 Recovery and Resilience Plan. She is appointed as a national delegate on the OECD’ s Public Governance Committee, focusing on the reform of public management, budgeting and regulatory policy.
