He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, with a specialization in Business Economics, from the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN), and a Master’s degree in Public Administration. He has completed specialized studies in human resources, public budgeting and public finance, as well as professional seminars in polygraph examination and trust assessment through the American Association of Police Polygraphists (AAPP) and the American Polygraph Association (APA). With 22 years of experience in Mexico’s public service, he has held senior positions, including Head of Unit, Director General and Deputy Director General, at the Ministries of Economy, Finance and Public Credit, Welfare, and Public Education. He currently serves as Director General for Trust Assessment at the Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance, where he leads the development and implementation of the Federal Public Administration’s Trust Assessment Model, focusing on strengthening integrity, preventive risk management, and the identification and mitigation of potential corruption risks, while contributing to ethical conduct and greater public trust in government institutions.
