Description
Rini Widyantini is the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia, serving since October 2024. With more than three decades of experience in public service, she began her career as a civil servant in 1990 and has held a wide range of senior positions within the Ministry of PANRB, including Secretary of the Ministry and Deputy for Institutional Affairs and Governance. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from Flinders University, Australia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universitas Padjadjaran. Known for her consistent, empathetic, and people-centered leadership, Minister Rini champions bureaucratic reform that emphasizes fairness, integrity, service integration, and equal access for all citizens.
