Description
Monica Cecchi has headed the Policy Secretariat of Italy's Minister for Public Administration, Paolo Zangrillo, since 2022, placing her at the centre of the government's reform agenda — simplification and the reduction of administrative burdens, recruitment and skills, and the use of artificial intelligence across the public sector. She sits on the board of Formez PA, the in-house agency of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers for public sector training and recruitment. Monica is also a member of the Minister's task force on AI in the public administration, as well as of Italy's Simplification Unit. She took part in the previous edition of the OECD Global Forum, held in Milan in 2024.
