Dini Maghfirra currently serves as Executive Director of Satu Data Indonesia, the country's flagship One Data initiative, a role in which she oversees the strengthening of Indonesia's national data governance framework: setting data standards, driving interoperability, and enabling secure data sharing across ministries and subnational governments. Her work spans nearly two decades of public service at Bappenas, including senior planning and policy roles across the energy, forestry, and agriculture sectors, giving her a rare, ground-level understanding of how data governance translates into real development outcomes. She also serves as Director of Data for Development and Digital Government at Indonesia's Ministry of National Development Planning, Bappenas, where she leads the strategic effort to advance whole-of-government digital transformation, including the design and rollout of Indonesia's national Digital Government agenda. Dini Maghfirra' holds a Ph.D. in Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University, a Master's degree in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon's Heinz College, a Master's in Industrial Engineering from the University of Indonesia, and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from Universitas Padjadjaran. She has also taught graduate-level courses at Carnegie Mellon and served as a guest lecturer on technology policy at the University of Indonesia.
