Pamela Herd is co-author of the book, “Administrative Burden: Policymaking by Other Means” which explores how administrative burdens negatively impact citizens’ experience of government and why they persist. This discussion will look at how policy makers can identify and address these persistent challenges. Deep dive discussions are opportunities to exchange on topics with inspiring thinkers and leaders. Please join if you would like to participate in the discussion. All are welcome with a cap at 35 participants.
