He graduated in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) to later obtain the Degree in Legal Sciences of Public Administrations from the National University of Distance Education (UNED) and the degree in Political Sciences (UNED). After developing his professional activity for several years in the field of private companies, he completed a Master's Degree in Economics from the UCM. International PhD in Economics, Outstanding Cum Laude from this same university and first prize for the best economic research from the Madrid City Council, he carries out his teaching and research activity in many institutions in Ecuador (Quito), Argentina (Mar del Plata) and Madrid always linked to the job market, institutions and social transformation. Economics professor at UCM. He reconciles his profession with union activity in the Secretariat of Strategic Transitions and Territorial Development in the Union Confederation of Workers' Commissions. He has made various scientific publications in publishers and journals of international impact such as Routledge, McGraw Hill or Journal of Economic Issues.
