Description
Albert Magalang is Chief of the Climate Change Service at the Department of Environment and Natural Resources. He has extensive experience in environmental research, planning and monitoring, environmental impact assessment and solid waste management. Albert Magalang serves as lead negotiator on Article 6 of the Paris Agreement, and also represents the country in ASEAN climate forums, the UN Environment Assembly and the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee on the global plastics treaty.
