Quintin Barnes has worked in environment, energy and GHG accounting for the last fifteen years, including contributing to Washington State’s “cap or tax” debate era, international carbon market integrity and supporting demand-side energy efficiency and electrification. At Smart Freight Centre, he leads the organisation’s Market Based Measures Program and co-chairs the Book and Claim Community.
