Description
Originally from Mogi Guaçu (SP), Luis Rua holds academic degrees in Economics and International Relations from the Faculty of Campinas (FACAMP). He also has a master's degree in International Economics from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Porto (FEP/UP) and a postgraduate degree in Agribusiness from the Luiz de Queiroz Higher School of Agriculture (ESALQ/USP). Since 2020, Luis Rua served as director of markets at the Brazilian Association of Animal Protein (ABPA), an organization representing the poultry and swine sectors. At ABPA, he worked to promote new opportunities for the productive sector through international negotiations and institutional relations with stakeholders both in Brazil and abroad.
