Description
Koen Deconinck leads the OECD work on measuring carbon footprints of agri-food products. He has worked on market concentration, resilience and environmental impacts of food systems. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Leuven and has published research in the American Journal of Agricultural Economics, the European Review of Agricultural Economics, Food Policy and Business History, among others.
