Description
Yaroslav Kholodov is a Policy Analyst and Project Manager at the International Transport Forum (OECD), where he leads projects on sustainable infrastructure, urban mobility and resilient transport. He has recently co-ordinated several studies under the Sustainable Infrastructure Programme in Asia (SIPA), working with governments, multilateral agencies and private sector partners to provide policy guidance on making transport networks more efficient, sustainable and resilient at both national and regional levels. His work also explores innovative policy directions, such as the book and claim mechanism and equitable accessibility for different socio-economic groups. Yaroslav has contributed to multiple ITF studies on urban mobility and transport decarbonisation and has represented the organisation at international panels and capacity-building workshops in Europe, Asia and Africa. He holds degrees in Transport & Planning and Railway Engineering and previously worked with the municipalities of Amsterdam and Stockholm on sustainable urban planning.
