What would it take to achieve widespread and reliable information on carbon footprints of agri-food products? Recent OECD work has identified the essential building blocks and found that many of these building blocks are falling into place.
This session brings together panellists from the worlds of policy, research, farming and business to examine the current state of carbon footprint measurement in the agri-food sector and discuss what the future holds.
