Mariana is a policy analyst with a passion to improving systems based at the OECD Environment Directorate. She is also a partner of Systems Innovation, an e-learning platform and a community of systems innovators. Mariana has over 10 years of experience in policy analysis on climate change, and an expertise on economics, communication, and systems change. At the OECD, Mariana is working on the development of the well-being lens, a process to help countries prioritise transformational policies to transition to net-zero systems. Before joining the OECD, Mariana has worked at the World Food Programme supporting the implementation of school feeding programs in developing countries.
