Carina Cabezas, Sodexo Iberia Country President since 2016.
Graduated in Physics Sciences, she completed a Leadership Development Program at Penn State University and she is also certified by the European School of Coaching. Her professional career has been closely linked to Human Resources and since 2000 she has been HR Director at Sodexo Iberia.
Focused on growth and innovation, her ambition is to consolidate Sodexo as a leader in improving people’s quality of life. Fully committed with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, she made Sodexo Iberia one of the first signatories of the Diversity Charter in 2009. She has also sponsored the creation of an internal women’s network to promote equality and women business development.
Carina is Vice President of Avenir Women Association, President of the Federation of Catering Companies of Catalonian (AERCOCAT), and Vice President of the National Sectoral Federation (Food Service España). She was recognized in 2018 for her professional career and her human quality in management positions with “Mujer Inspira” award.
