As the Chief Operating Officer, Hillary is responsible for managing the quality, credibility, and robustness of the Copper Mark Assurance Framework. She also ensures the organization reaches its intended impact by overseeing the monitoring and evaluation system. Hillary has both strategic and operational experience in the field of corporate social responsibility throughout supply chains and across industries. She has held positions at the Responsible Business Alliance, consulting fortune 500 companies on corporate social responsibility, and in various international human rights organizations. She holds a law degree with a certificate in international human rights from the University of San Francisco School of Law, and a Bachelor’s in Philosophy and Italian Studies from Tufts University.
Hillary lives with her husband, her dog Mole, and her horse La Condesa in Stamford, Connecticut, USA.
