Description
Kalale is a Project Manager for Tax Inspectors Without Borders (TIWB) initiative at the OECD. In this role, she leads the facilitation of technical assistance to developing countries, coordinating the deployment of TIWB experts and overseeing the monitoring and evaluation of programme outcomes. Before joining the OECD, Kalale served as a Manager in the International Tax Unit at the Zambia Revenue Authority, where she specialized in transfer pricing and the auditing of complex cross-border transactions.
