Hon. Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah is a distinguished public servant, currently serving as Ghana’s Minister for Lands and Natural Resources and as a five-term Member of Parliament (MP) for Ellembelle Constituency in the Western Region of Ghana. As a former Minister for Energy and Petroleum (2014-2016), Hon. Buah transformed Ghana's energy landscape through the landmark Sankofa and TEN oil field developments that power our nation today. Hon. Buah carries forward a vision of self-reliance and pan-African progress in all his undertakings. His career reflects a rare blend of policy expertise, legislative impact, and grassroots development.
