She manages the minerals due diligence program for devices, ensuring comprehensive supply chain traceability and applying risk-based due diligence to meet regulations and continually refine Microsoft's responsible sourcing practices. She has a background in Chemical Engineering and has been working in Responsible mineral sourcing for 7 years, including her previous role at Intel, where she managed the Responsible Minerals Sourcing team.
