Larissa Rodrigues is the Research Director at Escolhas Institute, where she leads high-impact initiatives focused on sustainability, transparency, and regulation in Brazil’s mining sector. A specialist in natural resources and environmental governance, she combines data analysis, policy expertise, and field investigation to address complex environmental and economic challenges.
Larissa holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s in Energy from the University of São Paulo (USP), with a research period at the Faculty of Economics and Business of Goethe University Frankfurt, in Germany. Before joining Instituto Escolhas, she coordinated the Research and Investigations department at Greenpeace Brazil and also worked in the private sector and with international organizations.
Based in São Paulo, Larissa is passionate about promoting responsible supply chains and advancing policy solutions that align environmental protection with social justice.
