Yegor Perelygin has been appointed as Deputy Minister in April 2025. From early 2021 to early 2025, Deputy Minister Perelygin was Interim CEO and Member of the Management Board at one of the biggest heavy mineral sands (titanium-bearing sands) in Europe. Deputy Minister Perelygin has significant relevant experience in critical minerals, mining and finance sectors.
