Katherin Castro Pallares is a business administrator, a student of Advertising and Marketing, and a passionate advocate for education, youth leadership, and purpose-driven entrepreneurship. She currently serves as Vice President of Partnerships, Business, and Entrepreneurship at JCI Bogotá, where she leads relationship-building strategies, grant management, and impact projects. She has served as director of the national TOYP Colombia program. Currently, she is a marketing and sales instructor and a community builder who fosters the personal and professional growth of young people in the country. Her work blends strategy with a human-centered approach, and her vision is focused on generating sustainable social transformation through collaborative action.
