Profile: Internationalist from Universidad del Rosario; Master in the Analysis of Contemporary Political and Economic Problems from Universidad Externado de Colombia and the University of Paris III – New Sorbonne, Scrum Master. She has complementary academic training in Pedagogy, Environmental Policy Management, Projects, and Public Innovation. Currently serving as Secretary of Economic Development for the Government of Bolívar, she has professional experience in both the public and private sectors.
