Vicky Osorio has over 25 years of experience leading international promotion, investment attraction, and economic development strategies across Latin America. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de los Andes (Colombia) and a Master’s in Marketing and Distribution Channels from Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona (Spain).
She has held strategic positions in high-impact organizations. In New York, she served as Senior Account Executive at The Anne McBride Company, an investor relations firm where she represented foreign publicly traded companies before international capital markets.
At ProColombia, she led key initiatives to attract and expand foreign direct investment, serving as Director of Aftercare and Investment Promotion Manager. She then joined APEX Brasil as Chief Operating Officer for South America, coordinating Brazil’s international promotion strategy across Colombia and Peru.
She also served as Affiliate Services Manager at the Colombian Business Association (ANDI), where she designed and implemented successful member engagement and retention strategies.
Since 2021, Vicky has been Executive Director of ProBarranquilla, where she leads efforts to position Barranquilla and the Atlántico region as strategic destinations for investment and business growth.
