I have been involved in the Social and Solidarity Economy for 15 years. I am convinced that associative organizations are the best tool for building other possible worlds.
I am a member of the Latin American Savings and Credit Cooperative (UTRAHUILCA) and a member of one of its steering committees. I have worked in organizations such as the Utrahuilca Social Foundation and the Association of Cooperatives and Solidarity Enterprises of Huila (ASOCOOPH).
I represent Colombia in RIPESS LAC, and as a delegate for the Youth Commission, I am part of its Regional Steering Council. I am also the president of the Steering Committee of the UNICOSSOL Network.
I currently work at Unidad Solidaria, an entity attached to the Ministry of Labor and responsible for promoting the social and solidarity economy (SSE) in the Colombian government.
