Andrea Piña Gómez (Colombia)
Executive President – Cartagena Chamber of Commerce
Andrea Piña is an economist from the University of Cartagena, with postgraduate studies in Project Evaluation and Development from Universidad del Rosario, a Master’s in Business Administration from the Technological University of Bolívar, and a Master’s in Regeneration and Sustainable Development from Universidad de los Andes—credentials that reinforce her commitment to a business leadership vision centered on sustainability, innovation, and regional transformation.
With over 22 years of professional experience, Andrea Piña has led strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening the business ecosystem, energizing the productive fabric, promoting economic inclusion, and boosting regional competitiveness. Her vision blends a technical, human-centered, and forward-looking approach, positioning her as one of the most influential business leaders in Colombia’s Caribbean region.
Since April 2023, she has served as the Executive President of the Cartagena Chamber of Commerce, a role in which she was unanimously reappointed by the Board of Directors in December of the same year, and reconfirmed in 2024 following a public selection process. Under her leadership, the Chamber has expanded its regional presence to all 19 municipalities of Bolívar, focusing on business formalization, sustainability, digital transformation, and support for new generations of entrepreneurs.
Her experience at the Chamber includes key roles such as Project Manager and Vice President of Business Competitiveness, from which she led strategies for productive development, the empowerment of women entrepreneurs, and institutional coordination between the public and private sectors.
In 2025, she led the design and implementation of the 110th Anniversary Strategy of the Cartagena Chamber of Commerce—a bold initiative to honor and showcase the region's entrepreneurial legacy by engaging business leaders, institutional partners, and communities in a shared narrative of transformation and sustainability.
