IMPULSA 504, a programme by the Choloma Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCICH), is designed to generate economic opportunities and reduce the barriers faced by young people in Choloma, Honduras’ second industrial capital. By focusing on job readiness, entrepreneurship, and coordinated support across sectors, the program strengthens job and life skills, supports business creation and consolidation, and connects youth to sustainable opportunities—all through a model built on inclusion, innovation, and collaboration.
