Mr. Elmér focuses on business and organizational development in an international context. He has a long experience in working with policy- and decision-makers within regional development and the labour market.
Mr. Elmér's academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Cosmic and Subatomic Physics, Lund University, Sweden; an Executive MBA, Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden and a B.Sc. in Physics, Lund University, Sweden.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Elmér has held several positions such as Board Director, Member of Advisory Board and Chairman and Director at the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise in Southern Sweden; CEO, Carl Bro Energikonsult, Sigma Exallon, Avail Intelligence; Management consultant, Accenture, Sweden and Denmark and Research assistant, Lund university.
