Description
Soo-Jin Kim is the Deputy Head of the Cities, Urban Policies and Sustainable Development division in the OECD Centre for Entrepreneurship, SMEs, Regions and Cities. She has over 20 years of experience advising governments in building more sustainable, inclusive and resilient cities. She developed the OECD Principles on Urban Policy and co-authored numerous reports on cities. She serves several policy networks such as the OECD Working Party on Urban Policy, the OECD Champion Mayors for Inclusive Growth, and the OECD Roundtable of Mayors and Ministers.
A French national, she graduated from the Paris Institute of Political Science (Sciences Po Paris) and holds a Master’s in Comparative Public Law from the Paris Sorbonne I University.
