Pedram Payami is a senior expert for green finance. He studied international business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. Working in different positions for various international banks and financial companies, Mr. Payami gained profound experience in the financial industry. Since 2021, Mr. Payami is working as a Green Finance senior expert in the Environment Agency Austria. He leads the Coordinating Office of the Green Finance Alliance, an Austrian government-led climate initiative aimed at steering financial companies towards climate neutrality. Most recent works include the development of an innovative KPI set (called I-PEPs) customised for financial companies to steer their portfolio decarbonisation efforts.
