Manager of Sustainable Territorial Development at CAF. Suárez also serves as CAF’s representative in Chile. He holds a degree in Economics, is a Fulbright Scholar, and has a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), a specialization in Corporate Finance, and a diploma in Infrastructure Financing. In the academic field, he has taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses at various universities.
