As a Manager for VDAB at the T2-campus—a flagship hub for engineering and technology—I act as a strategic connector within a unique learning ecosystem where government, education, and industry converge. My focus is on building bridges between these stakeholders to create an agile labour market prepared for tomorrow’s technological challenges. Drawing on my background as a Labour Market Advisor, I leverage my expertise in current and future trends to ensure our workforce remains resilient and future-proof.
