"We are a team of Promprylad, an innovative centre for regional growth, transformed from an old gas plant in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine. It is a cross-sectoral ecosystem-blueprint where business, local authorities, policymakers and citizens cooperate to drive national renewal — a model replicable in Ukraine and beyond. The full-scale war has created major economic, social and demographic challenges, which leads to significant demography crises and disruptions in the business environment. We address those challenges by equipping individuals with practical skills and fostering a new wave of innovative businesses.
